Can regular birth control pills, such as ortho tri-cyclen be used for emergancy birth control in the place of plan B? My husband had a vasectomy 6 wks ago, we had sex, condom busted. If I take like 7 week 1 b/c pills would it work like plan B?

If you have medicaid, or whatever your state may call it, I was under the impression any pharmacy will give you plan B. I know I can go to walmart, or rite aid, walgreens etc etc.

When did you have sex? There is a window that it can be used, (maybe google it to find out exactly what it is?) And maybe go in the morning when the roads are clear?

It may cause your hair to fall out and other side effects.

Do you have to have a prescription for your insurance to cover plan B? I would have to go through the ER to get a prescription, and that would cost more than the just out right buying it.
