I really wanna lose weight i weight 142ish and im 5'2. I wanna lose like 20 pounds but dont know how may i let u know that i loveeeee junk food and i dont know how to stop eating it there is a corner store next to the apartment that i live in which makes it more harder. Any good recipes for healthy food for me

cutting down on carbs is a good way to start, also eating less sugar and staying away from sodas and juice.
I recently started eating Gluteen Free. I lost about 10lb in a month  
But now Im gaining it back because of Chirstman damnit!
When I cook I use rice or quinoa couscous things like that instead of wheat and pasta.

You should eat "clean" foods fresh fruits veggies nuts cheeses meats. Anything that isnt processed.
