discontinuation of Huggies

I dont know if its happening anywhere else but here in the UK Huggies nappies are being discontinued in January, I wonder why, i have never liked them anyway, im just curious, is it happening where you are ?

Haven't heard a thing about it, but I hope not. They're all I use.

no clue, I haven't heard of this. We love huggies and used them for all of our kids. we are currently using the huggies pull ups for my youngest

Okay from a quick Google search, it seems to be in the UK and Ireland only.

I hate Huggies. My mum got us a pack of the Santa belt printed red ones over Christmas for DS to wear and because they don't soak up the pee well enough, he got the worst nappy rash I've ever seen on him! It's horrible even now and he's been on break from them since Christmas! I've been letting him run around naked for half an hour every time I change him and hoping that he doesn't pee on anything  

norhing has been mentioned here in the States. Maybe its a shipping/cost issue?

Hope not, we love the huggies overnights, they're the only diaper we've tried that doesn't leak.

Why are they doing that in the UK and Ireland?

Oh it's all we use. Pleased it won't be in nz too! I think our Huggies are Australian made?

It seems they're just not selling there. The sales are down so much that they're discontinuing them there.

Same here. I regularly have to go to a few stores to buy them, because they never have any size 4 or 5 in stock. They just sell too fast.

i don't care for them, they get all clumpy, we bought DS a pack when he went to size 3 diapers because they were cheaper but i HATED them, they got all clumpy even if he hasnt peed.

i sure hope not cause i use the overnights for my son its all that doesnt leak while he is sleeping

There was a thread about this a little while ago, somewhere.
But yeah, not a fan of huggies. Their sizing always seems to be smaller than every other nappy brand.
I much prefer ASDA's little angels or Boots' nappies.
