Extremely sick after a c-section?

posted 29th Dec
I'm almost 3 weeks PP. In the past 3 weeks, I've been battling a bladder infection...I had an extreme gallbladder attack that landed me in the ER on a moprhine IV on Wednesday...and now I've caught some sort of stomach/cough/fever virus that seems to be going around.

Is it possible that the c-section weakened my immune system or am I just having horrible luck?

You did just have major surgery. It is very likely that your body is weakened from giving birth and the surgery. Are you still taking your prenatal vitamins? If not you should be, that will help some
