Im deleting mine, they're now selling photos from profiles without ur permission and you don't get any pay for it. Say if u were at a hotel n took a pic, that hotel can pay instagram to use ur pic, regardless of ur consent and u get nothing. If you don't want ur pics selling you have to delete ur instagram by 16th Jan. Its been in the news over here x

Even if you don't add them to the 'photo map'?

I dunno about that, I suppose if you didn't tag them then they wouldn't know but say if it was clear in the background where u were, instagram can still charge the company money to use YOUR photo, and you get bugger all!

They had to retract that... a bunch of celebrities were boycotting instagram because of publicity issues. they lost a lot of their celebrity clients so had to change it back. At least that was the last i heard on the situation. and the way i see it no one is going to want my pictures so i know they are selling mine, they wouldn't get any money! lol.
