Getting rid of belly fat..

posted 29th Dec
What have you ladies found to be some of the best workouts to lose belly fat? And also to tone your thighs? Since having my baby... I look and feel like a blimp. I need to do something about this. It's affecting my relationship... because of me, not him. I feel so gross I don't want him touching me or looking at me. It's getting bad.

I also need support. Someone to tell me I can do it. Because I NEED this. I want to be healthy for not only me, but my baby girl too. I could honestly see myself on the road to getting diabetes and stuff if I don't do something now. Please help!

Also, we live with SO's parents right now because I'm out of work. Hoping to get our own place soon. So that means we eat what they bring into the house... which is mainly junk food. However, SO has told me that if I want, he'll start getting me some healthy food. So I'm thinking boneless skinless chicken breast is a must. But what else could I be eating? And what's the best way to cook chicken breast?

Alright.. I'm also getting some hand weights and 30 Day Shred workout in January. I need to get motivated and stay motivated.

Do you know any good drinks to have other than soda? That's my big set back right there. I'm addicted to Mt. Dew.

P90X. Dieting doesn't get rid of belly at/loose skin, only intense exercising will. I lost 54lbs doing P90X and lost my baby pouch.

For toning your body strength training is good. Crunches, situps, squats are all good things for your thighs, and stomach. Cardio will also work out your muscles well, like taking a walk every night. I do flexibility too like stretching and yoga. Combing all three of these is a great workout and should be done at least three times a week for 30mins.

As far as eating goes, the healthy stuff like fruit and veggis. Very small portion of meat, mostly white meats. Should be having six meals a day, this includes two snacks. I prefer chicken breast baked in an oven with broccoli. Sometimes I toss some breadcrumbs on the chicken or panko.

Water and milk. Dairy and Protein take the longest to digest, meaning that you stay full longer and you burn more calories a day simply in digestion.

Dieting absolutely gets rid of belly fat. Nothing gets rid of loose skin.

Cardio is good, however if you go to the gym you will see a lot of women who do cardio for an hour every day and never lose weight.

Weight lifting is really important in losing weight. Building muscle helps you to lose weight when you're not working out.

If you like carbonation try Walmart water that's carbonated and flavored or try no sugar added juices with seltzer added...

Favorite foods...right now I'm munching on an all natural quesadilla. It is amazing! Whoever in this post said that diet won't burn fat has no idea what they are talking about. Your body needs clean, natural foods to burn fat. In reality, there is really no way you will lose a good amount of weight without eating clean.

I drink water, green smoothies, and almond milk. Green smoothies is fruit combined with leafy greens such as kale, looks green but all you taste is the sweet fruit.I recommend slowly cutting back on soda, to avoid some of the after effects like headaches. Once a week take away one glass of soda until you are no longer drinking it.
