Dew. >.<"I drink water, green smoothies, and almond milk. Green smoothies is fruit combined with leafy greens such as kale, looks green but all you taste is the sweet fruit.I recommend slowly cutting back on soda, to avoid some of the after effects like headaches. Once a week take away one glass of soda until you are no longer drinking it.
