What are you going by to say what "feels" like cervical change?

With my last MC I was told I was dilated, and had a similar stabbing/pinching feeling. I dont know for sure, and ill find out in a few days.

If you are really worried, go to the ER and let them check you out, or up to L&D if you're past 20 weeks.
