Sushi

My mom invited me to go have lunch at a sushi restaurant. I know some sushi is okay while pregnant. Any certain ones I should avoid, and which ones are okay to eat?

Eat the cooked ones (not raw fish) and get it from a good quality place. I eat it all the time and my doc is fine with it.

California rolls are imitation crab meat (safe to eat). Any of the cooked ones are also fine (tempura rolls).

cali rolls are like the only ones IIIII trust while pregnant. but i also dont know whats in all the other ones really lol just DEF stay away from the .... cant remember the name... but the kind thats just like a slab of raw rish on top of rice.. (i have been CRAVING THOSE KING for like a week now   its so sad lol )

I'm a vegetarian, so I don't eat fish anyways, but a good avocado and cucumber roll with the orange spicy mayo and wasabi is so delicious!

or the cucumber/avocado/and cream cheese   with a thin piece of ginger on top(helps with morning sickness) and dipped in wasabi soysauce

...off topic but something we CAN eat... Going to Texas De Brazil in about a week or so when we go on our yearly trip to Disney. SO EXCITED <3

i know this is a stupid question but why are some vegetarians ok with eating fish but others arent?
