dont feel bad, me and my older sister are 18 months apart, me and my little sister are 5 years apart nd me and my baby sister are 9 years apart. I get along with my older sister and my little sister, and my baby sister looks up to me. It's no so bad, in fact it might be perfect for you. My dad had a horrible time with me and my older sister, he had to pay for 2 proms at the same time, 2 graduations back to back, 2 senior trips back to back. You wont have to do that each one will have their own time.

About the same. lol My second was planned, this third was a surprise as I was on Nuvaring.

My oldest will be going to school next fall though so I'm sure that will make things different.


ETA: There are 18 years between me and my only sibling, so I really have no real life experience to add to this conversation. haha I grew up as an only child. He was moved out and married when i was 3.

Isnt it scary how non effective BC is anymore. lol. My first 2 (both unplanned) are 18 months apart and then my 3rd was conceived on the pill taken 100% correctly, and is also 18 months younger than my middle child. I have a 3 1/2 year old, 2 year old and a 6 month old and my life is insanely chaotic. lol. It will be nice for you to have one in school!

My cousin has three kids, each 5 years apart, it's amazing the bond the kids have together. The first two, males, are three days apart in birthday's. Dec 10 and the 13th. I think the difference in age in your children is just about perfect, personally, that is.

My oldest will be 4 in October. When my new bean gets here I'll have a three year old, a 1 year old and a newborn. haha.

And yes it's scary how ineffective birth control is sometimes! I loved nuvaring so much, I thought I'd use it forever. I had planned to use it 5 years or so then get my tubes tied...totally threw a wrench in that plan. lol

I have two girls now and find out what the new one is on wednesday. I told my husband if it's a girl and he still wants his boy, he can wait himself ten years and get one more try lol.

people parent differntly as life gets busier...that doesnt;' mean there was no love or attention. Dont' judge your sister based on your own issues with your parents.

IDK, my kids are 10.5 yrs old 4.5 yrs old and 10.5 months old. lol

I like the age gap between them, its easy. Sure some days it sucks when my 4 yr old wants to do something that my 10 yr old can do but cant do to age, and vise versa. lol

But they are all old enough to help out around the house when I need it and help with the baby, which they love doing. lol

my son was born in 2009 and we're expecting our 2nd in May 2013. I'm glad we waited this long I think the age gap will be ok

I knew what I could handle and I did not want a 2 year old with a newborn lol so now my son will be starting junior kindergarten and I'll get to stay home with the newbie

I am getting the same thing. My son will be 4 in March and this baby is due the end of May.....I wanted 2, 3 years difference max, but I think it will work out ok. I mean.....my brother and sister and I are all 2 years apart and we are all pretty close. Then my mother decided to have another 10 years after the fact and even though my sister is 12 and I am 23, we are still pretty close, too. I think it has more to do with personality than with age difference.
