Popping In My Belly????

What is the popping noise in my belly?? Anyone had this? It sounds almost like the twins are popping their knuckles under water or something.....like a quick snapping noise. Hmmmm.....any answers?

I think babies bones can pop while still in utero.

It's normal....it is basically just that...their joints popping...just as if ours were too. Nothing to worry about

yes i had this but sorry i cant tell you what it is, i phoned L&D and they didnt have a clue, you could try it though

It could also be hiccups I had it when pregnant without DS
I rang the ward and they said its most probly hiccups

WOW I was way to tired and did NOT read the title right. I read pooping in my belly and was like WAAAATT???? Now that I have this right and realized its popping.. lol When I was in my third trimester I started hearing a popping noise here and there from my belly. And like some ladies already said its probably their little joints cracking.

My doctor said it is more likely your bones popping from rearranging and making room for delivery. Their joints are made mostly of cartilage and fluid at the moment so it's very unlikely that they are popping.

wow i didnt know this, i think the maternity staff need some re-training over here

This! It freaked me out at first too. Lol. Also towards the end, when my son dropped completely I would hear a swishing sound everytime he would move his feet. It was the weirdest thing.

Thanks for all the help!! I'm in the "safe" zone to have my twins and have been hearing the popping noise a lot more often the past week or so....lol
