I've decided..

Since I'm down to the last three cigarettes of this pack... I'm done. I won't open the packs I have left and just quit. I'm not addicted so I won't have any trouble. It's just my outlet. I can use other things that aren't toxic as a stress outlet. And as of late I'm not really all that stressed. I'm bettering myself. And cleansing my body. I can quit 3-4 cigarettes a day, 1 pack a week.
No more crap going into this body. I'm making a lifestyle change.

Good luck. I think I was addicted to the aspect of it rather then NEEDING a cigarette..KWIM? I worked where everyone smoked. I smoked in high school, and stopped and picks it up again.
They upped the tax crazy high here and I just couldn't bring myself to drop so much money on something that will probably kill me if I continue
The first few days were...awkward...to not smoke. Not that I wanted and couldn't, I felt awkward not smoking. Keep your hands busy the first few days. Its not so bad when you're not addicted so bad.

That's what will be strange for me, is the awkwardness with not having one. I have one every time I take the dog out to do his business. Once in the morning with my coffee, twice during the day and one before bed. Now when I take him out it'll be weird lol. But that strange feeling will go away. I'll take a book out with me .
