DS was 7 months when I got pregnant with DD. It was really hard at first. He go jealous and wasn't sure what was going on.
Now DS is 2 1/2 and DD is about 1 1/2. They are so awesome together now. They play together all day, chase eachother around, and have so much fun. DS got used to her after awhile and loved helping out with her diaper changes and feedings.

Eh, I don't think that's close together. If you got pregnant next month they would be over two years apart.
Anyways, my kids were 16 months apart and it was fairly easy in my opinion. They were best buddies. My youngest is 4 years younger than my first and 3 years younger than my second and I think it was easier this time around because my older kids were more independent and they also help me out with their baby brother.
