37weeks 1 day' First Pregnancy & Confused

I'm 37 weeks and one day' can't sleep at all' contantly going to the bathroom having some irritating cramping, its not to much I can't handle just hurting a bit and irritating me a lot! No matter what position I move in the pain doesn't go away, I feel tightness as well which also causes a some of the pain I can't move much cause it hurts' & Idk if they are contractions or just pains & if they are contractions Idk how to time them, this is my first pregnancy'

First, grab a notebook and a pen or pencil. Write down when the tightness starts, how long it lasts, and then when the next one starts. It does sound like you are having contractions, honestly.

During contractions? It can be, if they are uncomfortable.

During the contractions but as well as in between them, also when I get the contractions I get like a sharper pain on my right side and I have a cyst there if that could be Wats causing the pains?

Possibly. I think you probably need to call your doc and see if he/she advises you to go on to L&D just to be checked out and be on the safe side.

hey there , iv been getting these 2 for about 3 weeks now . i was at my doc yesterday . she said its a good thing to get these pains because its the baby getting ready and everything moveing into place . its normal bout 4 weeks before you go . that most ppl who have them go abit early or right on time and that . with me its like a tight feeling and then like a grinding and sharp pain almost from my belly button to my vagina and my bum . it gets really sharp where sumtimes i feel like i have to hold on to my vag lol i hardly sleep and sometimes when the baby moves there is even more pain . if this sounds the same i hope this helped because i was kinda worried myself til i seen my doc ! good luck hun !
