Period after having baby

My baby will be 4 months on the 30th i've started my period and its really heavy like when I came home from the hospital after having her is this normal? Its my first baby so I dont know wha to expect.

My first PP period was really heavy too...I was going through tampons like no one's business...had to wear a pad as a backup for 2 days

I had my period at 9 months pp and I am 10 months pp and just got done with the second one. I was flowing like crazy the first time and I still am on the second. Feels like I am peeing myself sometimes lol TMI

Yea im usin like 2 or 3 pads a day an been bleedin like this for 2 days now juss hope its over soon lol
