Even if it's just some light yoga or pilates, I want to do something with myself."no. as long as you feel okay and don't push yourself too hard. be careful with pilates though, and yoga for that matter. if you have a diastasis in your abs (a small split in your muscles, which is pretty common after childbirth) then you should avoid any type of sit up motion.
