help- Sleep trainging 8mo

I want to get my daughter to sleep on her own now, or at least stay asleep when I put her down.

She is 8mo
Is nursing
co-sleeps
wont take a paci
She always falls asleep on me eating or I have to lay in bed feeding her and try to sneak off the bed when she falls asleep (30% success rate )
When she falls asleep on me I wait 30 minutes to an hour then try to place her in the bed but she always wakes up. Then I have to pick her up and nurse her back to sleep.

I can't CIO even if I wanted to, we (SO and I) are currently living with people who don't like babies crying :/ My son was easy, he took a binki and co-slept until 6months, then we put him in his own bed and when he woke I fed him and put him back in his own bed with a paci. No such luck this time.

Oh I've seen that little sea horse before! Didn't even think of a ceiling projection but I think that just might help   thanks

white noise worked wonders for my fussy reflux baby. idk how well it will work for an 8 month though....because its not a familiar sound anymore she hears on a daily basis
