effing walmart.com

Is there phone customer service open on weekends? I got a jacked up juicer from them and they have it posted on their website that it will take 2-3 weeks to replace it, which is bullsmurf since I paid for expedited shipping in the first place, and if I return it to the store my shipping will not be refunded. I am like smurf no.. And I don't want to wait till smurfing monday for them to fix their smurf.

I feel ur pain. I seriously went thru hell with them this month :/

I used to work in Customer Service there...they should refund your shipping if you have the receipt and the product is defective.

As did I. I quit less than a month ago and they always refused to refund the shipping at the store and walmart.com tends to be a bitch to deal with.

they definitely are! i bought a ring online and when it arrived it had a defect in the design and they refused to refund my shipping as well so from now on i do site to store since it's free lol i really hope you don't get one of those smart ass customer reps like i did! goodluck
