For me any gift from my fiance is awesome because he rarely gives me gifts....He was raised JW....but he does lil things randomly....which I think is pretty awesome

Its extremely rare he buys holiday/birthday/ anniversary gifts....

This past Christmas he got me something which I was excited about....but its still hidden cuz he keeps forgetting to give it to me -__-.

My so does. Not only for holidays. He's amazing!  

No. He doesn't buy me anything. I don't even have a wedding band.

He doesn't do it just because but for holidays e is the BEST gift giver. He makes me feel like a POS because I suck so bad at gift giving  

we don't always buy each other gifts; we usually just go shopping together. but, when we do, he gets me some pretty fantastic ones  .

Mine was raised JW as well. He does give me great gifts when we agree to exchange gifts.   I am the one that sucks at gift giving  

Yes he does...not all the time but he puts thought into it so it's always something that melts my heart. I was having an AWFUL day one day so he brought me flowers home.

I got him Jeans and house shoes for Christmas....I sucked this year  

My husband is kind of selfish. That being said, SOMETIMES he gets me something awesome, but usually he goes out looking for something for him that I might like and then slaps a "for you" label on it and calls it good.

We very very rarely buy gifts, but when he does get them, they are generally very personal, well thought out gifts from the heart, usually not very expensive. Small things that are meaningful - I would classify them as awesome.

Yes and I'm not comfortable with it. He and his family are all wealthy and always have been. It's nothing for them to blow several thousands of dollars on a family member, and hell even a few hundred on non-related friends.

I am a single parent. I felt out of place on Christmas, showing up giving people $15-$25 dollar gift cards and getting hundreds of dollars in jewelry.

Fortunately between just him and me, I have convinced him to limit our dates budgets, allow me to pay half, and to stop giving me such opulent gifts. He understands I don't like receiving if I can't reciprocate in kind.

That's how my fiance is  ..He is very sentimental....he also cries easily while watching sad parts of movies.

SO gives me some pretty awesome gifts. He buys me little stuff a lot, but on birthdays, Valentine's, and Christmas he does really good.
I feel bad about it a lot, though. I'm really bad at buying gifts and I usually end up buying him Ferrero Roche and clothes. :/
