To help labor progress How long do you Bounce on it? Did it help you? I'm not in labor but i want to help baby engage and hopefully get things going in hopes he will come this week.

I tried and it was so painful to sit on during contractions I ended up just staying in bed.

I really want one..my friend used hers and her water actually broke while she was on it
