Hair styles for chubby faces

posted 28th Dec
So...I have this round, chubby fave. SO told me tonight that he likes hairstyles like this

The Inverted bob

Well I'm not completely sure I'd look right in hair like this. I like the style, but I'm afraid I'll look like a boy with short hair or my face is too pudgy for this.

I'm not good with hair and SO says I always get the same cut. I just want something new and cute. Any suggestions or do you think the inverted bob will work?

My face looks thinner when it's long. The shorter my hair the more chubby I look. But idk if thats true for everyone.

I think that too. But I'm getting bored with waiting for it to grow back out. So maybe longer in the front and more layers and kinda choppy would be a good change? I'm really bad at being a girl when it comes to hair lol

I think your hair would look nice like that. Bangs like the ones you have are awful for your face. Grow them out like in those pictures, then get the cut.

I wouldn't do an inverse bob... both women have extremely narrow faces, so of course they're going to look good with it.

I'd do something with bangs if I were you, and something to really frame your face. That's what I've always been told. I have really chubby cheeks too. (actually worse than yours. lol)

I have short hair and a chubby face but everyone says the love my hair shot. It actually seems to make my face look thinner which is weird. Lol

short hair looks HORRIBLE on chubby girls / chunky faces, imo. long hair thins out your face. when i cut my hair short, it was disgusting lol.

Personally.. short hair looks like smurf on chubby girls unless they have a thin face.

No bangs. It'll make her face look short. Short and round is not flattering.

ha that's what I've always thought. Probably why I've had long hair most of my life. But no bangs?? So...I shouldn't go back to this?!

lmao. But really, I like the Rhianna one better.

Yeah I love rihannas better too even the color streaks she has. Long make your face chubby when it really isnt for some reason.

Noooooo, no bangs, lol! I think you would look great with one of those cuts. It would give some body to your hair and angles to your face. But, you'd definitely have to grow your bangs out first. That cut with the ones you have now would just look wonky, lol.

haha I won't let her cut my bangs tomorrow. I just now got them to the point that they're not constantly in my eye. I think i'll show her these and see what she comes up with.

It was funny tonight though. SO has never showed interest in my hair and randomly says "you know...I really liked the way your cousins wife's hair was cut on christmas..." haha ok dude. These were the closest to her hair i guess. I don't even remember how her hair was cut.....
