juice

I know its not a good idea to give a toddler juice. My son is 20 months old and up til now has only ever had water or milk. I got a little juicer, 2 bags of oranges, 2 bags of apples, and some berries for Christmas. Would it be safe for me to give him some freshly squeezed orange juice?

Since its fresh its much better than the kind you buy at the store. No added sugars or anything. If you water it down it'll be fine

I would just water it down a lot (1 part juice 2 parts water). Oranges are very acidic

I have always given my daughter juice, she doesn't poop if she doesn't have it.
I would do the apples and berries though.
Juice never hurt me, and I have only had 2 cavities in my life when I was pregnant.

I always gave my kids juice starting from babies.
And it does not need to be watered down at all. Lol no difference in drinking fresh juice then if lo just ate the orange

I need to buy a juicer soooo bad! Lol I would much rather give freshly squeezed to my daughter than store bought

Absolutely, go for it! Just remember that fruit is also high in sugar but it is infinitely better than the store bought crap
