Weird Liquid

SO for the past couple of days I have noticed that I have been leaking a lot of clear fluid. I at first chalked it up to maybe butt sweat or just peeing myself a little. Then I was laying in bed and I felt this trickle come down my butt crack. Again- I was like I guess I have a sweaty butt (sorry, just being frank). But it was enough to make me have to change underwear and damp my sheets. Am I losing control of my ability to urinate? I am avoiding going to the hospital- I don't wanna be known as pee pee pants lady when I actually do need to go to the hospital. Should I just slap a panty liner on or should I be worried?

I'd use a panty liner. Some women get excessive discharge and it's not that uncommon.

What does it smell like? I'd get checked to be safe. How far along are you?

I am 37 weeks + 5 days. This is my second child. But I was induced at 40 wks 5 days last pregnancy.

If you are leaking a clear fluid, I would call the Dr. you don't want to take a chance if you are less than 38 weeks that it could be amniotic fluid!

I would call your doctor or go in to L&D. Especially being that far along, it could be your amniotic fluid!

Lol i went in to be checked for contractions..i layed down n had a big gush then another.the moved me to a different room well they said it was my water but the ultrasound tech was doing a u/s to see well my bladder was full n had two more big gushes but my fluid level stayed the same..they did a test n nope was not my water ..even wit my bladder full they said i still could be pee r discharge.. I was floored that i could have that much discharge r even pee my self two times with a full bladder..i say go in cuz u never know what it could be

Ohh... well that far along I think I'd go get checked out. It could be your fluid slowly leaking.

i have been going through the same thing i was wondering is it sweat or pee?? but im 39 weeks the 31st and being induced the 3rd so i dont know but wish me luck please and good luck to u also
