need prayers =(

When my sister was 7 she had a seizure and was brought to the hospital where they discovered a mass on her brain. She had surgery to remove it with radiation treatment that followed. After about a year of treatment they felt she no longer needed it so the treatments stopped and she continued to have yearly MRI's all with positive results. Until recently she started having pain on her tailbone, she plays a lot of sports year round so we just thought maybe she had somehow strained it. Well a few weeks ago she started saying that her legs felt numb and last night she collapsed because her legs gave out. She had an MRI last week which showed a few nodules on her spine and today she was admitted for steroid treatments for the pain which has helped some of the swelling to go down and she will be going through some more radiation treatments hoping they go down and go away or something IDK. All I know right now is that the Dr. said they can't do surgery to remove them because of where it was located and if they had not discovered this she would have been paralyzed. She is only 11 years old and I am having such a hard time dealing with this at this point. I just need some prayers for my family.

Thank you ladies so much. I haven't had a chance to talk to my mom yet but I talked to my dad and he is having a hard time with it. My mom is trying to stay positive but I have been so emotional lately that I just don't know if I can control myself.

Your emotions are anger. And its okay to be angry. Its not fair, its not right and no one, especially a child should have to deal with this.

Get out your emotions. Scream, cry, hit the wall. Then pack it up, put yourself together and get positive, proactive and just BE there.
