urinary catheter

I had one in before and during my delivery..its weird I don't feep the normal urge to pee like I use to. And when I pee it kinda hurts...

OMG, I had one too and after I had my daughter it hurt SOOOOOO badly to pee. I didn't wanna pee anymore, I dreaded it so badly but then if I held it too long, it made it worse. I always used the spray bottle with warm water, spraying it on me as I'm peeing lol

I didn't have pain with mine, but I know it's common. My Aunt is an OB and always warns everyone before she puts a cath in that you might have some problems for a couple days afterwards.

It goes away after a while, I just had to make sure I peed every few hours to save from peeing myself. My bag still has that pressure feeling in it now at 14 months PP but could just be from being pregnant again.

Its not my actual vaginal area its internal pain..

Maybe you're having bladder spasms...it's not normal to have something shoved in there after all lol
