3 year old stomach flu

My Daughter is 3, almost 4 and she has a stomach bug Im pretty sure is the flu.
She has Chills, is complaining of head ache, she is vomiting, and very drowsy. Her fever at last check was 101.5, I gave her some Advil but after a few drinks of Pedialyte she threw up so I dont know if the advil really got in her system.
It started about 8 this morning. Shes gotten sick before but this is the worst its ever been she has been in bed all day, sleeping and throwing up and thats it.
I HATE going to the ER here its often 4-8 hours there, but Im a little concerned about her. Please help, tips, something?

2 weeks after that he got a cold with a fever that started at 102.5 and then stayed low grade for a week.
When he spiked at 102.5 we gave him tylenol and it did smurf, so we put him in a luke warm bath and it came down to 101.
I gave him tylenol the next 3 nights before bed time, incase he was in any pain, but besides that he go no meds. I believe a fever needs to do its thing to clear up the infection. Bringing the body heat down with a cold cloth, loose clothes and blankets and a luke warm bath is far healthier and more effective then meds.

Lucky for me my son drinks great when hes sick. Hydration and a temp over 104 is your only concern. Lots of bugs are going around right now, I dont think you need the ER.

Ok thanks, Just checked her fever again its at 101.7 so not much change there.
I have a cold wash cloth on her forehead and she is drinking great. I hope she is over it by morning that would be great.
