I'm really worried

I am too   do you know her IRL or text/call her ever? I have seen her around, but am in no way close with her or no anyone who is.

No ive never seen her before. Just when someone is in a similar situation as I am I get really nervous. And with how she's talking I'm overly nervous

Update ...

I went to the hospital. SO was pissed at me saying I'm delusional and I need to get back home cos he has to work tomorrow  

I got to see the psych team, have an emergency appointment on Monday and my mum is coming over tomorrow to see how I'm doing. Hopefully all goes well.

SO is pissed that I didn't come home all "Everything is fixed, let me make you a sandwich and tell you how fabulous you are!" but he can go suck it. I need help right now and for once in my life, I need to focus on me.

That is great you are getting help. You need to tell SO if he wants to stick around he better find some supportive qualities fast!

I'm so proud of you. That is such a hard thing to do and I'm so glad you did. Good luck at your appt and hopefully u can get something that helps you whether it's meds or affordable Counseling. You should not feel ashamed about needing help. As my dr tells me "don't feel bad for being human".
