No he won't work out with me. He doesn't need to he can eat all that food and not gain weight cos he has a physically demanding job and gets his excercise that way.

Ugh, that is tough situation.   You need to keep talking to your doctor and pressing it until he listens because your view of yourself and of eating is very distorted.

Are there any places you can go that are cheaper/on a sliding scale?

If you have a county mental health facility, they usually do services on a sliding scale. I went to my county's for a while and I paid nothing. It was very helpful.

Well smurf this. SO came home, I had text him before and told him I am breaking down I need help.

I am crying when he comes in, he doesn't talk to me just straight away tries to take LO who is hugging me from me. (This is what he always does when I reach my limit, he just takes the kids and tells them to stay away from me cos I'm crazy). He then yells at LO who is crying because he is hungry and SO won't feed him. He then gets in my face and yells at me, throws a bottle at me and calls me a smurfing psycho says that he has had a hard day and he should't have to come home and support me or do smurfing anything that he doesn't want to do and I can go get smurfed and I'm a smurf.

Smurf this. I can't smurfing handle this. I want to die. It is taking all my smurfing strength not to slit my wrists right now and get it over with. Smurf this. I have no support. If I call my mum and ask her for support it will all be my fault and she will make sure I know that. And she will make sure to remind me that my kids deserve a smurf load better than me.

No matter how small he is healthy is healthy. He can be just as unhealthy with a fit body.

Wowwww, your SO is a true dick. I'm so sorry you're having to go through this   Is there anyone you can call? Your mom? Dad? Grandparents? Some other family member? Friends?!

Sweetie you should not feel that way. You really need to look for a place that does a sliding scale or talk to your dr maybe about a med that can help. U shouldn't be considering any of the things u mentioned. I was feeling that way and had to get medication cause I was scaring myself.

OP, it sounds like he has some anger issues. Don't blame yourself for that. You need to ask your doctor if there is anyone affordable you can see because these thoughts are not good and you NEED to see someone.

Nope. No one. If I call my mum, she will tell me how it is all my fault and that I need to give her my children cos I am a smurf mother.

If I call SOs mum I will hear how it's all my fault and I need to give him my children cos he's a much better person than I am.

And I have no friends.

Can you call a suicide hotline? Can you call an ER and ask them what to do? This is very scary to me right now how you're talking
