good pregnancy work outs?

can someone shoot me in the right direction to their fav works outs for pregnancy? i need to loose at least 12 pounds. lol. and i can not gain more than 15 says my dr. with my last i lost 40 pounds but i was a stocker at wal mart.. now im a SAHM. and need something to keep me healthy besides healthy eating.. (im gonna work harder on that also)

I've seen skmekne post a prenatal Pilates video before. Yoga. Walking. Eating healthy.

They have a lot of prenatal yoga on youtube. It's amazing what they have on youtube...lol

I only did prenatal yoga. I only gained a total of 20 lbs my whole pregnancy, and 5 of those were once I got out of jail.

I did Zumba, light Yoga, stretching and walking. There isn't much you CAN'T do, as long as you are comfortable and aren't overdoing it.

i would walk..
but its anywhere from -10 to -50 at the moment... and im not walking in that

i dont have a tredmil or any other kind of work out machines

i was thinking of yoga i just wasnt sure if that would actually be working out or just help with birthing..
i have the insanity work out but i dont think that would be safe lol

maybe ill look into getting zumba for my kinect or wii..

i think i have wii fitness somewhere unless i hagve that back to my mom..
that isnt too hard lol

My hubby bought my Kinect last year for my birthday and I've been playing Dance Central. It's pretty easy and my nutritionist said that it's okay while I'm pregnant, she said though that I need to stop if I feel tired.

I do it when my husband isn't around and after my son is in bed...I have to crate my dogs when I'm doing it, too otherwise they get stepped on

lol my dog would to.. i cant do anything without stepping on him and hes huge. lol he either lays under my foot rest of at my feet when im cooking.

Both my dogs are super excitable, so if whenever I would do it before I figured out that I need to crate them, they would constantly jump on me or get in the way and cause the sensor to read them and fail me -_-
