Mamaroo Swing and Round Cribs

So I am about to buy the Mamaroo Swing and I wanted to know if it is worth the money. I've heard a bunch of good stuff but I wanted to get more opinions on it. Also, what about the round cribs? Are they worth the money or should I just get a regular crib? I LOVE the look of a round crib but they are so expensive and I don't know if the babies grow out of them faster...Any advice?
