It is so hard! I could only do it with the hospital grade pumps that once you start they just stay stuck on the breast. I rented one from a place connected to my hospital for a few months till I stopped needing to supplement. Otherwise I had no luck unless someone was willing to lend me their hands during a feeding. If my mom was around or dh was home they did.

I am definitely gonna have to try that & also invest in an electic pump.
