Oh wow! It's so different in each state. Our minimum wage here I think is 8, what is it there?

No clue, but I've never heard of childcare being subject to min wage. You're paying for a service, not employment. Maybe it's different to hire a nanny

That's wrong! I'm gonna be sending my kids there so I can have a life of leisure. Lol. My babysitter charges me $5 an hr. I'm gonna ask for my money back!!!

Right?! Haha.
I make 9.00 an hour, so yes 2.90-3.90 us a lot for me.
It all varies by location.

Maybe. When you hire a nanny it's like under the table, there's no taxes. When I worked at my job I got paid $9 an hour then with everything taken out and for babysitting I get between 10-15 an hour.

I would say $15/hr + activity/ gas/ food expenses.
So a minimum of $165/day.

I get like $50 or $60 for a couple hours babysitting. Even if I charged $500 for a week I swear thats cheaper then daycare. Min wage here is $7.25 an hr.
