Don't try the Caster Oil , that can be very dangerous for you and the baby. It'll give you a bad case of the runs ,if nothing else ...but it can cause the baby to poop in there as well.
You could try walking but if your going numb , might just be better to rest and try to just get through the pain .. warm baths and lots of rest. 5 days isn't too long to have to wait momma, you've come this far. I was induced for 2 and the labor was pretty intense so try and take the rest when you can.

If that's the case if I end up going overdue I'm going to try this. Then I have an after labor snack... now I want bacon, yummmmmm... SO has a new task when he gets home.

PS I have SPD too and while I'd love for this little one to come on her own because I can't move my right leg or even stand without being in excruciating pain its worth it as long as she comes out healthy
