I don't understand the difference in having their pictures on facebook, and having them on youtube?

The only way your going to get him to completely stop doing that is by having his visitation cut off so he can not take pics himself and of course you could also unfriend him on facebook as well. there is a way you could set it up that while your not friends on facebook he can not go to your page and look at any pics but he can message you again if you set it up that way. The only thing though on having his visitation cut off you will have to have a very good reason for that and a lawyer especially since your going for child support which means like it or not he has legal rights to his kids. Other than that I would talk to the legal system about if there is anything you could do but there not going to do anything to stop him from posting pics of his kids just because you said no there has to be a legit reason like if he is posting the kids on any public website identifying them with names, addresses, ages, what school they go to, state, town etc then yes a lot of courts can do something about it.

because my facebook is private so noone besides my friends can see them thats why im sry that i dont want my kids put out there for everyone to freakin see

yea i know there his kids to but i still dont want their pics to be put out for everyone to see its not right he had no right to take my pics from me and put them on youtube like that. They are my memorys with the boys not his and whoever says its because im not in control has no right to say that. You dont know who i am or my life or what kind of relationship i have with their father. just because im protective over my kids doesnt make me a control freak.

My god, its just a video. YOUR facebook can be hacked, so if you were REALLY worried about them on the internet you wouldnt post them anywhere. You do know that people you know can use their pictures for ill purposes? So dont say "I know everyone on facebook and its controlled!" I can tell you a doozy of a story about my friends entire life being made into another girls fantasy life... all because we had a "friend" on facebook have access to her kids and she messed with the pics. So it happens, public or not, so if you REALLY gave a damn you wouldnt put ANY pics up.

Its about control.
