lunch meat??

okay so ive read and heard through out my whole pregnancy that lunch meat isnt really good to eat..iam 7months now and i finaly broke down and bought a sub..i had too ..lol to me this sounds like a weird topic..lol but me eating lunch meat today wont do no harm right?

I lived on subs my entire 1st pregnancy. It was the only healthy option near my work.

Just heat it up if you're worried. My doctor said it was fine as long as I heated it first for at leave 10 seconds.

Probably not. In the future just get it toasted. They say parasites and stuff live in meat, so you just need to warm it till steam comes off the meat then you are good to go

Yeah I wouldn't worry...the chances of it causing harm is probably pretty slim, and if you were that concerned all you have to do is warm it in the microwave. No biggie.

thanks girls...and i didnt heat it up...lol but iam sure iam fine...ive been craving subs this whole time...no time to heat it up....lol =.)

theres too much hype about listeria.
contracting its not very common at all and can be found in wayyyyy more foods and surroundings than just deli stuff.
its found in water and soil and raw vegetables even.

I ate cold ,lunch meat And raw cookie dough with both my kids. lol They both turned out 100% healthy.
