I always hold my breath while swallowing 5 times.
It works, like, 75% of the time.

I drink a glass of water from the opposite side of the cup bent over if that makes any sense. Works like a charm

I try to keep hiccuping and it works EVERY time. After I try to hiccup, they stop.
