Had i waited on the epi, i'm sure i would have progressed even faster. When my epi fell out, i progessed 3 in half an hour lol

Mine was pretty much the same. My nurse was a bitch and kept lecturing me about yelling when a contraction hit, then my mom jumped on the bandwagon and started yelling at me. I wanted to punch them both.

I almost kicked my nurse in the face.

An Epi, and pain meds, and I could still feel her checking my cervix. I swear she went elbow deep inside me. She wasn't too happy about her, "Nurse Sausage Fingers" nickname I gave her afterwards.

Dang! Everything about mine was slow aside from the contractions. I wanted to punch the stupid anesthesiologist giving me the epi. She kept getting all pissed off when I couldn't answer her questions during a contraction. I don't think she'd ever been in labor before.

My mom knew better. I was not in the mood for bullsmurf. My nurse was pissed off because I wanted the epi pump turned down because I couldn't feel anything at all and it was freaking me out really bad. I couldn't feel him moving or anything but I could see it and it just freaked me out. I was sleep deprived, hungry and i couldn't breath well because they had my bed laid down too far and my lungs were getting numbed too. They even told me that would happen if I laid down flat and then laid me down anyway. When I asked to have it turned down she bitched at me and just turned it off all together. Then I could feel my contractions fully but I still had no feeling in my legs. I just wanted to cry.

While i was getting the epi the nurse actually yelled at me and told me to grow up. ANd keep in mine my water had just broken and i was informed DD had pooped inside me. I was upset and kinda freaking out, plus i was having monster contractions and my entire body was spasming. She was a royal smurf.

That is insane! I had the epi but I could still move my own legs and change position all by myself. I did freak out a little though cause I didn't think I was breathing.

That is awful! My nurses were all really nice an helpful. They spent a ton of time with me too when I was trying to stay all natural... Aside from the pitocin. I can't believe they let women like that be nurses.

I wanted to, and SO was this close to cussing her out. After the epi though i was high as a kite and didn't give a smurf lol
After she was gone, my dad told me that him and my grandma hated her guts even though they kept complimenting her. Apparently they did it because they thought it would help her chill lol

Oh I wish. I had to have DH move my legs around for me. I couldn't feel them at all. They had my pump turned up all the way just because I'm tall. Every 20 or 30 minutes I kept having to ask DH to change my leg position. It was terrible.

It was the worst part, by far. Touching your own leg and having it feel like you're touching someone else's? Ugh. I freaked. I'm debating not getting an epi this time and just doing a pain med shot instead. They kept offering me pain meds all day but my contractions weren't painful so I kept declining and then got the epi when they did start to hurt after my water was broken. If it had just been a few hours it wouldn't have been so bad but it was 12 hours of not being able to feel anything from the boobs down.

Aww congrats.
Your profile still says "I'm due December 18" lol.
In a way glad my induction was canceled before it was started.
