When do "Baby Blues"

Cross the line into PPD? Lately, I've felt very depressed and am getting very frustrated with DD very quickly, even regretting her at times. Don't get me wrong, i love that little girl more than anything, she saved my life. Lately though i just feel so down and like a terrible mom for it. Is this just baby blues or PPD? How do you know its escalated?

That's a good question. I did not feel like I thought I should after having a baby.
I believe I had ppd because it lasted a solid five months and I did not realize it until I was out of it

Hope you are feeling better!! I am so scared to get ppd, I get easily depressed and annoyed as it is... so I'm hoping after the baby I wont feel worse

Encapsulating your placenta is supposed to help prevent it.. I'm going to try it with this baby.

You grind up your placenta and mke it into pills, then take them every day.

hmmmm.. I would have to look into that first! lol seem like a whole lotta protein though!

I feel the same way you do. My LO is 2 months. I love her to death... But at times I regret her just because I'm so alone and have no help. I am married but DH always has something else to do. LO has really bad colic. She would scream for 6 hours straight everynight. I hated it. It was impossible to bond with her because he would never stop crying. And DH was so stressed he would just leave me with her all the time by myself.
It's getting better. She smiles now and giggles and her colic is improving. But I'm still so alone. And she HATES the carseat, so everytime were in the car she screams so hard she throws up. So I never go anywhere, I'm always at home. It's hard. I didn't want meds at first becaus to wanted to nurse her, but se has a protiene allergy and has to have special formula, so I'm going on meds, just to take the edge off.
