are you anemic or taking blood thinners like aspirin? Also if the air is dry and cold where you are that can cause it. Try a humidifier?

I am slightly Anemic and on on iron tablets. Could that be it? When I told the doctors that, they didn't say that could be the cause.
But no, it's very humid where I live.

It's common while pregnant. I never had a nose bleed in my life but had 4 of them while pregnant. One of them last 20mins   I thought I was going to bleed to death lmao! And the other 3 were kind bad too.

hmm. If youre only slightly anemic that probably isnt the cause. Maybe it was just a random occurrence of a nose blood vessel breaking? If you had a sudden change in blood pressure that can happen. If it was just random, i wouldnt over worry.

Yeah. I heard they were common too! So that's why I didn't worry until I saw the blood pools on the floor.   I wish it only lasted 20 mins. It took 2 effing hours for them to completely stop the bleeding. I thought I was for sure dying.

Wow! That's long. I had one while taking a bath and a clot the size of a half dollar came out of my nose. I was freaking out, I said to DH "is that a chunk if my brain?" While bawling my eyes out which only made me bleed more! I had one last a few hours but it wasn't pouring, it was like a little run then it would stop for a min or two than run again. That would have scared the crap out of me.

Thanks. I'm a chronic worrier. lol. but it was pretty random. I'll try not to worry for the sake of sleep. I'm so tired lol

i get them like that at least 3 times a month. even when not pregnant.  

Ive had 3 since i got pregnant but they arent heavy they last a couple of minutes i would have totally of freaked if mine lasted 2 hours :O i never had a nose bleed in my life before i got pregnant
