I get them all the time. I usually rinse with warm salt water every couple hours, and avoid acidic or spicy foods.

Haha it's aphthous ulcer.. hurts like freacking hell. I have three in my mouth, in the lower lip.. and can't seem to work it out even with a special medicine for it   ill try that, thank you!
