I'd go with william alfredo, a lot of people won't know how to pronounce Fredis, and will butcher it his whole life.

I like William Alfredo, I don't think Fredis would go over extremely well in the US. What about Frederick?

It isnt even pronounced like the american word jesus.

Im not stupid I know how its pronounced. In my preference its spelled the same way and is quiet disrespectful.
