From your appeareance you dont need cosmetic surgery you look pretty. Only you know why you would want a plastic surgery. I dont know if you have low self esteem but on the OP you said that you felt ugly and needed our honest opinions. I mean if the majority said your are pretty is beacause you really are and I totally agree with that. Some just suggested a minor thing which is fixable and no surgery needed. Which is good right? Dont be too hard on yourself and if you feel pretty with your eyebrows then leave them alone. But ask yourself why do you really feel ugly and talk with someone who can help you. I know how you feel. I wish I could get surgery on my feet to make them bigger, I have to shop in the little girl section sometimes
