@ Silly Milly- Its never to late to get fit!!! Welcome!! This is where we cheer each other on, rant and share success!

@ Laciea- LOL its ok. I weigh on Sundays and just post on Wednesday with everyone! And hey you just maybe down that extra 1/2 tomorrow!!!!

I looove the thought of this thread! Just what we all need to keep going when the scale doesn't read what we hope it will, or when we feel bad for eating a piece of chocolate cake! You may all be seeing a lot of me...

I weighed myself this morning and was 141.6. My goal is 120, but 115 would be amazing- but if I reach 120 I will be more than happy! I was 119 when I got weighed at my first pregnancy appointment, and about 170 at the end. Oops. I've just started the 30 day shred, and using myfitnesspal. Going to take my measurements tomorrow!

Right now I'm in the 270's :- (. I had lost 40 pounds, and gained it alllllllll back. So now I'm trying again. I'm trying to get to my old weight of 120....but I've got a longggg way to go

my fitnesspal has helped me out alot. 30 day shred however im just not into it. Good workout if id stick to it..I like my treadmill..once I get like 20 more lbs off I think ill do the shred...maybe lol

Yesterday was my first time working out. I went to the gym and did 30 mins on the treadmill with my heart rate at about 155bpm
I felt good after the workout not sore at all. But during I could feel the burn in my calves and my feet were sore probably from the new shoes.

Today I woke up feelin good and excited to work out. Then I walked in the kitchen and ate 6 Oreo cookies (400 something cals.) without even thinking  
Then I had a can of progresso soup (200 calls) with come saltine crackers (140cals)
Then I babysat 3 kids plus my own, so that was a good workout lol

Got home, ate some starburst candies, probably about 200 calls worth, then I went to the gym and did 20 mins in the treadmill for 30 mins, and the elliptical for 15 mins. That was my first time I har ever used and elliptical. It looks easy but my thighs were burning and I could feel my heart pounding in my ears.

I wish I didn't get tired so fast  
I'm planning on just doing the treadmill fr an hour each day, to hopefully lose about 20 lbs before I start strength training /weights.
I just don't want to make myself so sore and tired that I will make an excuse to by go to the gym at all. I want to get my body used to some physical
Activity before I really start pushing myself.

My problem is definitely going to be sticking to it. I woke up this morning so sore I wasn't sure I'd physically be able to, but a shower helped that. Then I have LO who doesn't give me a moment of peace all day and only likes to nap in my arms. Might be hard to find time.

Myfitnesspal has been interesting so far. I'm trying a new technique with it- plotting out what I eat before I eat it, so I know beforehand how it's going to affect my diet. The past two days I just put in what I ate after I ate it and ended up going over... Oops.

Weighed in today. 256..... That's a total of 4 pounds... Yes its a healthy loss, but i just want to see more... Thinking about setting up a rewards system for myself. Anyone else do a rewards system? Also I'm still mostly just counting calories and walking almost every day for at least 15 minutes. I know i need to step it up and do more to see better results, but counting calories and portion control has proven to be difficult and i feel that its important to get that down as well as working out. Taking it one step at a time.

Thats a good start 4lbs pounds gone ull plan to never see again! Im all about a rewards system rlly helps me stick to my diet better. I put a dollar back for every pound I lose and when I hit my main goal 120lbs my SO will double that so I can do what ever with it like buy a new outfit. it wont be a lot of money but its something to look forward to..and for every lil goal I hit Im doing something nice for myself..
1st goal 155lbs-new hair color
2nd goal 145-new tattoo
3rd goal-135 new piercing
Final goal 120lbs and toned-plan on getting my boob job I wanted forever this one will not happen this year I want my LO to be atleast 1 and not to say the body I want will take me that long to get.
All this keeps me motivated and just the fact I will be healthy for my son..looking good is a plus.

My first reward will be a while, but after i lose 30 pounds i can reactivate my Facebook! I deactivated it a few weeks ago... I lived on Facebook... I think I'll want to lose a total of 70 pounds, that'll put me around 180/190. When i get that far I'll go get my hair done!

Ah that is a good idea but I really dont facebook too much. I get on baby gaga a lot tho lol Like right now i need to do some exercise but my son is sleeping on my lap and I dnt wanna wake him..I will say its much harder to get my workouts in with a baby. So im sitting on my big butt on baby gaga. :/
