Well tonight the zipper broke on my last pair of jeans that actually fit me :/ they are over 4 years old, but still.... I refuse to buy another pair of jeans in size 16... I have a huge stack of size 14 that are all almost new... Guess its time to step it up... This has to be my sign to finally achieve NY goals.... I've been counting calories, and although I've been over by a couple hundred the last few days, i stepped on the scale today and it said 256! Wednesday was 258! I just need to continue this! I'm thinking if i lose 15 pounds i should be able to get into those size 14 jeans! 20 pounds and i might not have muffin top! So i need to put in twice the effort from now on!

I sure hope so! I need to quit slacking with my calorie counting... Although I've noticed that when i figure out the calories before i eat i portion control so much more and am more aware of what i should be eating. I haven't exercised in a week due to being sick and probably can't start back up till Monday. I'm planning on doing a half hour of either zumba or just dance every day.

I carb count, and walk., and I'm going to start doing work out videos as well. I was doing them befor, and then dialed it back a knotch due to a knee injury. But I'm all healed now!

My working out is more or less not happening at the moment, but i have been portion controlling and counting calories and that's going really well! So although i know i could do more, I'm happy to say that I'm starting to lose about 1 pound each week just from watching what i eat!

I'm eating LOW carb for 14 days, which is easy for me, because I love salad!

I'm active, and walk every day but I'm not doing any actual workout. I need to, but counting calories and portion control is enough work for me at the moment!

I'm a walker too  . I love them. I get exercise in, and I get to clear my mind!!

@ Laciea- Good Job!!! Say hello to the 150's for me!!
@Boo's Mom- I work out daily and ugh... I was dying for the first week, but now I am good. I walk 3 miles every morning and then add in a work out later in the day while the kiddos nap. Im currently doing Brazilian Butt lift and my thighs, but and abs are sore.

My name is Amber, I am 21 and I have a 2.5 year old daughter  

•I currently weigh 205 and I am 5'6
•My "normal" weight 5 years ago was 120
•Then I started gaining a bunch of weight.
•When I found out I was pregnant (about 3.5 years ago)I weighed 180
•During my pregnancy i got really sick & lost 30 lbs & weighed 150 @ 20 weeks •After severe morning sickness I started gaining weight and weighed 190 the day before I have birth.
•4 weeks post partum I weighed 165
•And since then I slowly gained it all back and now I weigh more than I did when I was 9 months pregnant  


•My first goal is to get back to the weight I was when I first got pregnant (180
•My second goal is to get back to my 4 week post partum weight (165)
•My third goal is to get to the weight I was when I lost weight from hyperemesis when I was pregnant (150
•My main goal is to get to a heathy weight (140)
•And after that, I want to lose a few more pounds to be "thin" but still healthy (130-135)

I set those smaller goals so I can feel more accomplished as I go, and so I won't feel so overwhelmed at the thought of "I have to lose 65 lbs!"

So im sitting here on the couch and realize today is not weigh in day cuz its tue not wed.....oh boy...Im such a bubble head anymore...im gonna blame it on no sleep. Now I know why no one else has weighed in lol..im a day early..
