Wedneday is good for me to. I been slackin a little on junk food. Its been kinda good. Scared Friday is my birthday and my mom is gettin my reeses cake made lol so after that no more junk food at all. Last week my weight is still the same. Ugh .

Welcome!!! We r having our weigh ins every Wed. Im personally tring to lose close to 45lbs.

So what are everyone's goals for January? My goal is to lose 4 pounds and walk 10,000 steps daily. I started a little late this month since I barely got our stuff from Colorado a week ago, but so far so good!! I also started Brazilian Butt Lift and I would like to stay that I am hurting today. LOL

I was aiming for 10lbs down every month...dont know if ill do that but if I can get into a pair of 11/12 size jeans by feb 1st that would be awesome..I can button them but they r wayyyy too tight to wear. I have lil goals Im tring to meet before my big ones such as im not dying my hair till I get to 155lbs once I get there I will reward myself with a new hair do. This helps keep me motivated.

Hoping for a better week...although I did cjeat on my diet a couple times. Damnnnit! Its so hard say no to deliciousness alllll the time. Hopefully if dh gets home at a reasonable hour today he'll hook up my dvd player so I can start the 30ds!! Hope all of you are doing well!!

I started eating decently better last week. I still have my moments where I sneak in sweets. Ugh. Any who I weigh in on Sundays, so this past Sunday I lost 2 pounds.

Weighed in today at 258 pounds.... That's only 2 pounds in 2 weeks... Better than nothing, but could be a lot better... Our household has been passing around some sick, and I've currently got it, so I'm not doing much working out, but still watching my portions. Did grocery shopping last night and got a bunch of raises, craisens, fresh fruits and veggies, and tea. I'm really bad at eating fruits and veggies... I need to eat more... But I'm taking it step by step and working towards incorporating more into my eating. As soon as i get over this yucky sick I'm thinking about starting to do zumba. I tried the 30 shred. Lasted 7 days, seen no difference and quit..

I weighed in at 160.0 this morning. 4lbs down from two weeks ago since last weigh in I didnt lose but actually gained. I have worked out every day and ate pretty good I did have a few sweets here and there I cant cut them out all the way. Looks like we all r making some progress. I can tell my 13 size jeans fit a lil better, not so snug.

I'm down 2.5lbs this week and I did an hour of Zumba on Wii yesterday. My goal is to do Zumba everyday and maybe do 30 Day Shred a few days a week.

ok ladies I have to put my all into this exercising and eating right thing. At the beginning of March my husbands employer is sending us to San Diego for a few days. Needless to say I want to spend some time on the beach. Heres to hoping to lose 15 pounds by then!!!

Well this week I feel like I have done better, but I wont really know until Sunday. LOL I hide my scale from myself so I don't obsess about stepping on it.
