It's so hard slipping up because the guild just makes you think what's the point. Today so far I'm doing really well, I completed my first day of bbl and its nearly 6 at night here and I've had. Smoothie for breakfast, fruit for lunch and chicken breast with red pepper, spinach and tomatoes inside with a huge salad. But night time is my worst time especially since dh is out at work. I'm dangerous alone lol.
I plan to have a cup of tea after vie drank my 1.5l water bottle and some frozen blueberries. Since I've been so good i may have some baked crisps. I really hope I can make this a good day and forget about all the christmas sweets in my kitchen cupboards. Hope your all back on track. Hate stupid time differences x

Hi, i know its a few days into the new year already, but I'd really like to join you all. I have a horrible time losing weight. I lack serious motivation! But I'm trying to change that. I'm around 5'4 and weigh 260lbs i don't have a solid goal weight set. I'm curvaceous and have boobs that about give me black eyes if i try to run or do jumping jacks. Right now my goal is to lose 30 lbs, see where I'm at/how i feel and then continue on to another goal. I'm planning on walking at least a half hour everyday, and doing a variation of sit ups, push ups, lunges, jumping jacks, two different ones every day. Plus a half hour of either a workout video or just dance/zumba on the Wii. I'm also keeping a journal. I'm writing my thoughts of how I'm feeling when i wake up, writing down everything i put in my mouth, giving myself a to do list of 10 things daily, and writing my evening thoughts before i go to bed. I'm also using my fitness pal so my calories are accounted for. I already eat fairly "clean" so other than tracking my food intake and watching proportions, I'm not "dieting" i want to find a way to live life normal and healthy rather than do a diet that I'll lose fast and gain back faster.

Girl I feel ya on the boobs. Pretty sure I could knock myself out if I didn't wear at least two bras while working out (regular and sports bra plus usually a tank on top of that! ) I'm keeping a journal too of my thoughts what I ate and my weight every day .. I'm a numbers person I need to see the number everyday .. ahhhhh. Today has been better I really like the my fitness pal app too

So far i am doing good ladies.I am doing great on not eating junk food and soda . I slip and had a donut this morning. But working out wise i do just dance 4 workout for 25 min and 30 mins of zumba core on the xbox kinecct for the past two days now when i wake up. I feel good. Hope you ladies are doing good.

Today is jus not a good day for me..I have only ate one gram cracker and a banana and that was this morning its now 5:17pm here. I kno i need to eat more but honestly im not hungry and feel depressed..my son has been very fussy all day..when i finally got him to sleep I got on the treadmill and jogged but that was cut short cuz he woke up 34 mins later screaming..I dont know wats wrong with me...glad that you guys r doing so well keep up the good work.

If anyone is interested, i recently joined team beach body. As in i am now officially a beach body coach. When i get my kit in, i will be starting a new workout called combat, along with a nutritional shake called shakeology. I will be makingg a thread, and i encourage everyone to follow me in my journey to lose weight. I also plan on trying to combo my workouts with brazil butt lift.. If i can get my dvds back from a friend i lent them too :/ anyways. I just wanted to go ahead and give a heads up. My new workout video should arrive in the mail sometime next week. So ill be starting then. Oh. Might i add, i will be posting nutritional info as well. As in, what i eat or plan to eat. My workout comes with a food guide. And i plan to stick to that. I will also be posting weekly pictures from day 1. So everyone will be able to see my progress and i hope it will be of some encouragement to others. Feel free to PT me if you want to follow me in my journey. (But i will also post a link to my weight loss thread in here. Just in case anyone misses it)

So I quit insanity started brazil butt lift 3 days ago and I'm liking it. I could be more strict with my diet but I'm not over indulging like over Christmas. Hope your all well. Oh and I weigh in tomorrow. X

I have been doing ok too..I feel I could be working out more its hard to find time with my newborn baby but I have got in at least some activity everyday...eating better but cant say I have totally stayed away from sweets I have been eating a gram cracker here and there..lol. started 30ds I feel like I need more cardio to burn this fat so going to combine that with a cardio dvd I have or treadmill..as long as I do something a day ill be happy so good chance not everyday ill be doing both..my legs are sore...real sore :/

Hi ladies!!! Good news is we finally got our belonging and I'm unpacking this week which mean I can start working out this Sunday! Whoot whoot! Sad news is I weighed myself and I managed to gain 10 pounds this month since we ate out so much since I had no cooking utensils...SO, with that being said I need to loose damn near 40 pounds now! ** angry face**

How is everyone doing? Today was my weigh in day...well didnt lose any actually went up some im 165 even was 164.6. so im only weighing myself every two weeks for now on.. kinda got me down that the scale hasnt moved but im not giving up.

Today has been a long day ...haven't eaten much or gotten to exercise. Dh is being rather jerk ish. He wont help me move the treadmill onto a mat so it's not so loud (wakes ds up) and he hasn't helped me install out dvd player to the wall mounted tv so I can't start the 30 day shred yet. Its 7:30pm and I could easily call it a day! Weighing in tomorrow yuck!
