So me and HDTV done the fit test on insanity this morning and omg if that's just the fit test I'm not looking forward to tomorrow. My numbers were not great but looking forward to doing it again day 20. How you all getting on ?

I jogged on the treadmill for 40 mins yesterday and fast walked today for 60 mins. I order 30ds and am still waiting for that to get here hopefully next week sometime. I weighed myself yesterday morning...Im 5'4, 164.6 so just completely changing the way I ate helped me lose bout 4lbs from the time I weighed myself before. I keep myself on a strict calorie intake 1200 (some ppl will say this is not enough but its what i wanna do to lose this weight) drink only water and my detox mango ginger root water...no candy,white bread or soda. Good luck ladies we can do this!

Hey ladies. I was pose to work out today. But after cleaning and taking care of the baby and cooking dh dinner i jus felt like blaahhhh. Can somebody please motivate me or give me motivation i really want to work out in loose weight. But my slacking onstayin motivated ( sad face )

Its been a struggle not snacking today, but I did alright. Waiting for dh to take lo for a half hour so I can run.. did a 20 min workout this am but lo cut that short   wish I wasn't so hungry right now!! Ahhhh

Same here I feel like its going to take forever to lose or to even see a difference..im not patient but soo miserable, so I got to do something...I just keep telling myself took nine months to put on its going to take that or maybe longer to get off...hope not...im not always motivated to workout...one thing that is really got my butt in gear is I have no clothes. None of my pre preg clothes fit me and I just cant bring myself to buy bigger sizes.

Hi ladies..im feeling pretty sore in the legs today. Body is not used to this working out. Im going to a Zumba class tonight here in the town I live in offers them three times a week for free. Bf is going to watch DS so I can go. Im kinda nervous but excited too. I hope my friend will go with me like she said she would at least this first time..but I already know how that goes she is pretty lazy lol

I ran for an hour this morning, feels good. I'm going to do a few work outs after dinner at home.. We should do a weigh in once a week.

A weigh in once a week would be good. I had to go put my scale in the trunk of my car lol was having an issues weighing myself too much last time I did was tuesday. But watever day everyone chooses it ok with me.

Its ok tomorrow is a new day and just try to do better..my bf made something called three milk cake..its my all time fave so I had a small piece couldnt resist then gave him hell about makin it because he knows im trying to lose weight. lol so its sitting in the fridge calling my name, thinking about throwing it away but he would be sooo mad. Just keep telling myself its not worth messing up my diet anymore than I already did..
