The wording confused me as little but my DD is almost 6 months and doesn't have solid poop for BF babies that's normal. What exactly do you mean she has trouble?

I heard BF babies don't poop as much because they are using more of the nutrients in your milk.

My LO used to go everytime he ate though...

Does she seem cranky, like she is constipated? If you are worried, take her temp or put a lubricated q tip up her bum about 1/2 inch and slowly move it in little circles. That should stimulate her to go.

If that doesnt work, call her doctor for further instruction. Depending on how old she is dictates what they will want you to do.

My youngest didn't have solid poop until he was closer to a year. It got a little thicker and different smelling when he started solids.

My DD is 2.5 and it's hit or miss as to whether or not it's a solid turd.

Lay her on her back and do bicycle movements with her legs.

Oh you said you were breastfeeding? Sometimes around the 2 month mark, the babies stop going poop at every feeding. In fact, as long as it's not a log or pebbles (at the hardest, it's suppose to look like toothpaste), they can go up to a week without pooping. It will look a lot like peanut butter (consistancy/color) and there will be a lot of it. They also might have extremely smelly gas to go along with it.

If she hasn't pooped in a while, no i wouldn't. If she pooped yesterday, possibly. I would be expecting a lot more later in either case.   Consider it a warning poop smudge. lol

For a breastfed baby, that could be completely normal. http://www.babycenter.com/404_how-many-times-a-day-does-a-breastfed-baby-normally-poop_8832.bc

Since it's your first baby, my best advice is to call the pedi and see what they say.
