Well since I'm home alone and don't have a car it's kinda hard to rush him to the ER
He isn't shaking anymore

You could always call an ambulance, if nothing else they could at least check him out. Just because he seems fine now doesn't mean it can't or won't happen again it could be a health issue.

My oldest daughter had something very similar happen to her when she was about 2. Because I have blood sugar issues, I checked hers, and it was 40...very low, so we gave her some juice and let her rest a bit, and then she ate, and within a couple of hours, she was acting like it never happened. That's what OPs stuff sounded like. But definitely do call he pedi if you can, and keep an eye on your son throughout the day.

I'm waiting on the nurse to call me back
He's moving around now and doing better

I prefer not to take him to the ER unless its completely necessary because the ER here doesn't really do anything and they make you wait 2-3 hours even with a sick baby

Well he's running around laughing and playing now so I'm assuming he's fine

Just keep an eye on him and have him drink some juice every now and then.
