Is there a certain word you absolutely cannot stand?

My good friend, who I also happen to work with, was just making fun of me for having an absolute distain for certain words! He thinks I'm a freak! (He also wears more make-up then I do and is 100% convinced he is a Japanese anime character trapped in a mans body! lol)

But seriously. I really hate the following words and don't know why!

Moist
Panties
Vestibule

Anyone else have a certain word/ name they hate!? Or love??

Moist is my number one most hated word for sure. DH thinks it's hilarious.

"Panties" for me too. I hate that word. *shudders*

I HATE panties! It sounds so creepy.

Personally, I'm not a big fan of actual anatomical names for body parts. Lol SO always tries to make me say penis, and I just can't without laughing and turning all red. I was never around those kinds of words growing up haha.

And one of SO's sisters can't stand the word nipple-she says it actually makes her ill to say it or hear it, lol.

it just screams white trash nastiness to me when I hear it.

I can't stand saying words with Z in them lol :/ I'm so weird. I don't like how it makes my mouth feel if that makes sense? One of my daughters Dr Seuss books drove me nuts to read. Zizzer zazzer zuzz *shudder*

Me too. When someone says something like "The cake is so moist" it just makes me nauseaous lol

There aren't many words that make me cringe or anything.

I don't like saying the word smurf out loud because it's such an ugly word( like it sounds ugly, not the meaning).
