Honestly from all the stressed out post you've had lately.
It would seem like you need some form of medication to at least treat the anxiety.
It doesn't make sense to go it alone..
I know it's hard to find the right mix but wouldn't it be worth a shot?

yep but they've had me on seperately and combined (and I'm not joking) ... zoloft, valium, lorazepam, temazepam, lexapro, atentenol, and quinapril.

It just freaks me out

And none of those worked, or helped?
Have they ever recommended something more severe like ECT?

I can't speak highly enough of Lexapro and valium.. best smurf ever for me when i'm in a dark place.

What about natural stuff?

its not a depressive issue so ECT and lith won't work. I've tried CBT and hypnotherapy with limited results.

I seriously think you need professional help. You are constantly stressed about money and you have nothing to be stressed about(in my opinion) I've lived off $170 a week after just paying rent and stressed less.

Seriously, you have it do much better then so many people and you can't see that. Get some help, you need to learn to cope with your anxiety and calm down

I have 11.32 in my account and $75 still needs to come out for daycare on Monday. I hate the craziness of pays around Christmas time :-/

I wish I could find something that works, but after 14 years I've kind of given up now. I know that's not the right attitude to have, but they've given up on me and I've given up on myself. SO thinks its really creepy that I have funeral insurance that I've made sure covers suicide, but he understands why.

anxiety can make you want to kill yourself?

If you have BDP isn't that a form of depression.. sorry I've only got a mild form of depression/adjustment disorder so i'm ignorant..
